This site has no contact form. Booking a call collects a name, an email address, the chosen slot and whatever the person writes to describe their project. This data is used only to prepare and hold the call; it is never sold nor used for marketing.

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the person booking.

Bookings are handled by Cal.com, acting as a processor. The appointment is then added to the publisher's calendar, and a video call link is generated for the meeting.

Site traffic is measured by Vercel, its host, acting as a processor: pages viewed, referrer, device type and page load times. No cookie is set and no identifier is stored. A visitor is distinguished by a hash derived from their request, which is discarded after twenty-four hours. The resulting statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you. This processing is based on the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing the site's audience and monitoring its performance.

The host and the booking service are based in the United States, so data is transferred outside the European Union.

Booking data is kept for as long as the call and its follow-up require, then deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@pierrenana.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and the traffic measurement described above works without any cookie or stored identifier. Only one cookie is its own, to remember the chosen language: it is strictly necessary for the site to work and therefore requires no consent. The booking calendar is loaded from Cal.com, which may set its own technical cookies; it only loads if you scroll down to that section.
